When I am stressed out, or WAY to energetic I jump on the bed. Yes, it is very childish. Yes, it is fun. Yes, I think you should try it sometime. It makes me smile -- and clears the mind (that is unless you hit the ceiling, which I have yet to do yet). Funny how sometimes just jumping on the bed for 5 minutes can be a cure all for situations that make you think a lot. Thinks slowly start to come together when you are jumping on the bed. Try it, seriously! Act like a 5 year old for a few minutes everyday...it is okay!
